Return and Refund Policy

At Holotrove, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our vintage Pokémon cards and curated Treasure Packs. Every order is carefully inspected, photographed, and securely packaged before dispatch.

Due to the collectible nature of our products and the risk of card swapping, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted once an order has been completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or differs from what you purchased, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be asked to provide clear photographs of the packaging and items received so we can review the situation. In such cases, compensation or replacement may be considered at our discretion.

Treasure Packs

Treasure Packs are mystery products and, as such, are non-returnable. Each pack is documented internally to guarantee authenticity and value. We guarantee that the combined market value of every Treasure Pack meets or exceeds the purchase tier selected, based on recent sold listings from trusted marketplaces at the time of curating.

Customer Satisfaction

While we cannot accept general returns, we highly value customer satisfaction and will always do our best to resolve any and all issues that arise. If you have concerns with your order, please reach out to us directly — we are committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution.
